Must admit on Tuesday I was dreading going back to the gym and healthy eating, However day 4 and I'm feeling so much better within myself. Did a 5km brisk outdoor walk this morning and thoroughly enjoyed it😊, back at gym tomorrow for weights and spin class. Today's meals all planned and prep'd "I will do this" Have a good day all😊

That's a shame if you're dreading healthy eating :( Now you're saying goodbye to SW, there's a whole new world of foods to enjoy.

How about trying a few new recipes or ingredients? Have you used the Daily Diary yet? You'll find your way if you follow the link moreless gave you yesterday. Looking forward to meeting up with you there. We're the same age :)

Not dreading it anymore 😊 all my meals are diaried as I have done for years. I have loads of healthy eating cookery books and love cooking thankfully. Just missing some really naughty foods but I treat myself once a week to one of them. Thank you for your reply 😊
