Hi I joined a long while ago and never came back on again until now. Since then I’ve put some of my weight back on, so I’ve weighed myself this morning and had gone upto 16.1lb shocked over the 16 stone mark. So back on healthy eating now. Got to lose about 4stone... I need all the help I can get as have no willpower anymore.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.
