I see you joined the Sunday weigh-in, LUCKYPANDA and received 4 supportive replies. Maybe next Sunday you could thank and return the favour to those 4 members and pass the encouragement on to 4 others?
Unfortunately ab exercises do not really help reduce your waist. Ab exercises are for building your muscles! This is still really important as we all know that muscles increase your metabolism and core strength is important in your day to day life. However, it is cardio (walking, running, hiit etc.) which will help remove any fast from you me stomach area. Your hard work from your ab exercises will be hidden!! Getting your heart rate up alongside the ab exercises would be more beneficial, but any exercise is better than none so well done for moving
Well done lucky panda and such a positive mindset! My abs disappeared never to be seen since - but I am now able to hold my plank for 45 secs which is a step forward! Good luck for the week ahead😁
Oooh. you must be a Clever Panda to achieve that weight loss. How do you manage to discipline yourself when the munchies strike. I go into the kitchen for a cup of coffee and before I know it an apple, a yogurt, a packet of 'healthy' oat biscuits, 50g of cheese and a (big) knob of butter disappear while I'm waiting for the kettle to boil.
I'd love to be 70k haven't been there for half a century! Thank you for sharing your success. It has set me a target.
Hey so I do the shopping of only healthy stuff and also not so healthy when I'm feeling it. I'm basically just doing 40% carbs 30% fat and 30%protiene .so I got bored of counting my calories. But I have idea now what I need to eat to hit that goal.
So I got rid of white bread and rice completely. Just having any food with chepati.
Mostly spinich and mushroom I like with egg.
I do eat chocolate lol everyday still manage to loose weight as my main meals I'm eating healthy.
Basically ou body needs carbs for us to feel full and energetic but if you replace carbs with protine that is also going keep you full and not feeling hungry.
