Hi Guys,

I regularly used this site 3-4 years ago and found it to be very beneficial in my weight loss journey. I had managed to drop from 320lbs to 240lbs but unfortunately I have slowly begun creeping up again (274lbs) and I must do something to arrest the decline. Looking forward to the support from the community to help me achieve my target weight of 220lbs.

Well done for recognising that the weight is creeping up and deciding to change things. You did it before and so can do it again. You know what you have to do and so good luck with your future food choices.

Hi Lostmadscot1 welcome back. I too have let things slip and have returned this week after a couple of years away. The advice and support from this site is amazing.

Hello, Lostmadscot1, and welcome back to the forum, 😊

Have you decided on a plan yet? Maybe something different from last time, something you'll be able to stick to and enjoy for life. Steer clear of diets as, by their nature, they're time limited.

To make the most of the forum, join in with activities, read and reply to posts, ask questions and encourage others – it will all pay off for you 😊
