Hi Theresa, i'm with you. It's really hard and unfair. Since Easter I gained 11lbs alone and i'm the heaviest i've ever been. I don't eat cake or sweets. I scratch my head wondering how that's even possible.
Through this group's advice I have followed a LCHF and IF regime for 14 days. I've only lost 1lb but did reduce my waistline from 87 to 73cm.
I'm yet to find out what works for my body and want scales to go down. When I do find out i'll let you know and likewise if you could kindly share your tips that would be fab!
