For a Diabetic, when the food is being used and the blood sugars are under control, then a person is possibly going to gain weight. Opposite for when the blood sugars are too high and the food isn’t being used properly.

If you eat too much (carbohydrate) it can make you obese and diabetic.

It depends on the type of carbs. you eat.

Specialist? Can you please explain what you mean by Specialist?

There are a few types. I’m personally a type 1 Diabetic with a few other issues. I’m on two different insulin pens— one long acting and one short acting. I also count carbs.. I eat a low carb high protein diet and also follow a gluten free diet plan. All these things keep my blood sugar under control and even through out the day/evening hours. I have a CGM to make sure I don’t get low blood sugar since I never feel lows.

How good is that video! It explains so much. As I am able to relate to what the doctor was talking about. I am going to watch it again and then apply some changes to my lifestyle . Great video if you like to know what is exactly going on with your body as you are.
