Hi BridgeGirl
I too am new to this forum but what I can share is that time patience and perseverance you would get there. Look at it as getting healthier so you do small lifestyle changes at a time. You would soon feel better more energized, not as much pain with basic movements etc.
See it as a beautiful walk through the park where with each step you experience something new and beautiful......it takes the pressure off "oh I've got to lose weight"
I can attest to that, my body structure is thick (solid) so dropping pounds lol is not quick for me but I can definitely say my consistency in the journey of getting healthy "I feel great" energizer bunny, agile and weight lose.
😊👍
If you have a big tummy it's most likely due to inflammation in the gut. This inflammation can be due to ingesting high glyceamic index processed food especially bread as the gluten in it intensifies the GI of any sugar or starch which you eat at the same time, or the inflammation could be due to the oxidative stress caused by and Roundup residues in refined seed oils. If you avoid sugary and starchy processed foods your hormone function will regulate how much you eat.
