They're not available in the US, apparently, either. My app store says "item not found." I did find one of his weight loss meditations on YouTube but haven't checked it out yet.

FYI I have purchased a personal CD player to resolve the problem as a digital version seems to be unavailable to me

I have just found the book on Spotify, as an audiobook… if you have a paid subscription, you can access a certain number of hours of audiobooks. Just added it to my list

But probably doesn’t have the hypnotherapy bit …

You could check out youtube. I tried it years ago, and the sleep one. For me neither of them made a difference at all, I just found them irritating but hope it gives you some help.
