Hey Chepsol,
Like you I have fallen off the waggon (badly!). Lost over 8 stone in 2016 to achieve my goal with Weight Watchers. Kept within target range for about 18 months then gradually all the bad habits crept back. Now scared to get weighed but determined to get back in control. Maybe we can support each other?

Great, well I got off to a good start over the weekend. Planning recipes for week, shopping and cooking healthy on Sat and Sunday. I find it difficult during the week as I travel for work but am determined to try and stay in control. What is your approach?
I hope you have a great healthy diet day. Shall we check-in later to see how it's gone?
Yes you can. Have a healthy day too!
It's great to see you buddying up for the journey How about you both post your plans on the Daily Diary and get involved with sharing ideas there, too?
Hi Chepsol, sorry I didn't check back yesterday - got back from work late. Really happy that I managed to stick to my plan, despite being in a situation where I normally fall off the waggon - long drive, stressful sessions to lead at work, long drive back and no time to cook. Luckily, I had leftovers from my WW meal the night before so that was fine! How was your day?
Hi, I know how you feel it’s so frustrating trying to lose weight, and I’ve been on so many diets, I’ve joined on here today, to get support and advice from others in the same situation as me.
Hi, welcome to the club. To say it's frustrating is an understatement but am positive that this time I will hack it a day at a time.
Hi and welcome, Hopefulslimmer
Diets are not the answer, it was this post that made the change for me, so I hope it will help you as much healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Thanks Lytham, my weigh-in day is Friday (if I pluck up the courage to do it!) so will post then.
Thats brilliant, go for it on Friday, you won't regret it! x
Hi Lytham, I just weighed-in on the Friday weigh-in. Was hard to get weighed as I haven't been near the scales for months! Anyway, not too bad - I am 13.9 and have set a goal of 10.7 by Christmas!
Hope your week is going well.
Hey Chepsol, Hope your week is going well? I just got weighed so now I know what I'm dealing with........................Good to face reality and set a goal.
Hi Chepsol, did you weigh in yesterday? Hope so, and hope you got a good result!
Hi JLos, yes I did weigh in last week and today. Total loss so far is 1.5Kg. One day at a time.
How are you doing?
