Fallen off the wagon

So I've ruined all my good work. Haven't put on any weight this week but haven't lost any either. I had a huge blow out on Saturday , dinner and lots of alcohol which left me feeling a bit tender on Sunday and I've been craving carbs ever since so have stuffed my face. Will be back on it tomorrow, was just feeling a wee bit guilty there

Oh dear. Poor you. Never mind. Tomorrow is time to start again.

If it's any consolation, I've been similar today. Did really well up to evening dinner and had 100 calories left to use before bed. However, suddenly felt down and gave eaten sweets, crisps, roasted peanuts and, finally two slices of toast!

Should have just had the toast in the first place then maybe I wouldn't have stuffed myself.

Back to the diet tomorrow for me!

Good luck with yours x

Hey Noahsmum, bank holiday weekend is a struggle for most of us - it was cake for me! Just get back to it and don't look back:)

Good luck for next week.

It doesn't matter all that matters is you get back on the bus and don't give up, lol I have been here for 2 years!

On the bright side you had all that and didn't gain weight. To be fair I remember my dad going on diets and after abit he would stop losing weight so he would "shock" his body by having a day of everything he wanted. This was your shock day, enjoy it and move on. Wish you well :)

One day out of seven isn't bad, everyone has rough days/ weeks even. The main point is you didn't gain no weight and your still focused to get back on track, I don't know about you but I find now when I do go overboard I don't eat half as much as I did before I started this plan. Also it gives you a rough idea on maintaining the weight (if you understand what I mean) good luck I'm sure you will be back on track in no time.

Not what you're looking for?
