Fell off the wagon.

I was determined to make a decent weight loss again for the third week on a trot, but my health took a downward spiral. And thought I could deal with it Alone. Didn't work never does. So no point in tomorrow weigh-in four days off the reservation. :-(

It's OK. You can get back to it. Just start now and end the downfall. You'll make up for it.

Just keep going. If life was really easy most of us wouldn't be here on this site. It's what you do next that will keep you on this journey. You can't go back or look into the future, you can only take it one day at a time. Remember that help is just a button away. This is an amazing community with people at all different stages ready and willing to keep you motivated. Today is a new day. Remind yourself why you are doing this. Good luck ☺

Thank you, I just felt worn down by life kicked to the kerb and forgotten me. To top it off I am still grieving.

Just take it one day at a time and each day if you feel yourself falling into your old habits ask yourself how will I feel if I eat this? What could I do instead? Each new habit you create is a step closer in your journey. Have a lovely day ☺

I've just looked over my weigh in log, I remember how disappointed I was the week I had a gain (week 5), I felt devastated but the folks at my slimming group were so supportive and non judgmental - it happens to everyone at some point I think. You just have to pick yourself up and keep going. The days after my gain were some of the hardest and I was so scared of getting on those scales the following week, fortunately I had a 1.5 pound loss in week 6 and I've continued to lose since. Do I think it will happen again? Absolutely, but hopefully next time I'll cope better with how it made me feel.

It's not easy when your health is a big factor, but I'm guessing that like me, your health problems are why you started this in the first place? You can do this! 👍👍👍

I'm in constant pain. I need to lose weight as my blood pressure was hitting dangerous levels. But and I hate to admit that I also have m.h issues (depression). I feel like I am on a battlefield when the weekend draws in.

It's to be expected some weeks won't work out - just factor that in and you'll accept it and move on than having an excuse to blow your hard work. Next week will be just fine believe me :)

I didn't go to S.W. today. For four days up to Sunday I lost control of my diet. I had two fantastic weeks of weight loss. Losing my first stone. I feel like I have put on four. I am back on track now thank you. X

Just remember - you are not in a race or a competition. We take each day at a time, and try to have more good days than bad ones. Don't beat yourself up - just remind yourself of the benefits of eating healthily next time you get the urge to snack, and choose wisely....the fact that you came on here to post, shows commitment!

Hi panther

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling great health wise and regarding tomorrow's weigh.

I have stayed the same for the last 4 weeks , and I'm dealing with loads of stressful things at the moment .

We are in this together so let's weigh in and hey ho ,draw a line under things and look forwards to a great week we will have .

Take care

Gary

Weigh in anyway no ones judging you. We all have weeks like that and the support here will get you through. Then you'll know where you stand. Meanwhile drink plenty of water and get out in the fresh air.

Best wishes to you. Chin up and put it behind you. You're doing great 😊
