Gosh yesterday was such an awfully stressful day and was third night of badly interrupted sleep and I had a mini binge. So now of course beating myself up for that. My holiday is drawing ever closer and I feel like a whale.
Sigh... today I shall be back on it!

Don't beat yourself up Ditchingthebiscuits , bad nights on the trot and lots of stress can so easily make you fall from the wagon. We're pulling you back up here with us, today is a new day. Try and think of a way to reduce the stress, can you manage a bit of 'you' time, even long enough to have a cup of tea and a read of a magazine or a brisk walk around the block. You can do it - have a good day😀🌺
Ditchingthebiscuits let it go, life happens. You have come back on here this morning because you know you want to do this. To err is to be human and I am guessing that there is a lot less erring than there once was.

Don't worry too much Ditchingthebiscuits you also have to remember that you are still a fairly newbie so u are still learning to make sure you don't do this much. Most people do this occasionally. The good thing is you realised you shouldn't do this which is why you came and told us straight away this morning. Well done for admitting it. Today is a new day so just be good today and carry on as you know you should from now on and continue to enjoy yourself. All the best.
Thanks everyone... my husband whisked me out for the day to cheer me up and although it did involve soft play for the toddler, this meant I burnt off extra calories!
