Hello, I have just signed up today! Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and although I am now cancer free (yay!) I am still struggling with the side effects of the chemo and radiotherapy. Because of the type of chemo drug I was on and coupled with the steroids I had to take my weight has gone up by over 2 stone. I have tried to lose this weight on my own but I can't, I feel that the motivation from all of you will give me the boost that I need to shift the weight and get back to the person I was before cancer xx

Congrats on being cancer free Phoenix.
This forum will help you, more than you can probably imagine, and all you need to do is be active in it daily. Some people do manage on their own but it's generally been shown that the more active you are here then the better chance of implementing the correct change and getting it to stick.
We all know you will get to where you need to be.
Have you joined a weigh in day yet? Tomorrows is open now if you'd like to weigh in? Think of the loss you could be reporting next week! Here's the link, hope to see you there x
