I am new here. My starting weight is 11 stone 12lb. I am a bowel cancer survivor and high fibre choices are not for me. This does make dieting difficult. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

Other than that, I would suggest looking at what you can comfortably eat and work with fresh ingredients, avoiding low fat and 'diet' and 'light' products which have been processed to the n-th degree
