Hey there

You sound like your in a similar situation to me!! But I’m not 44 until August! 😂😂 I started in January with 3and a half stone to lose... I have 1lb to go until 2 st lost!

For me, Ive been wanting to loss weight for a long time but it was only in January that I found the motivation to do it! This group definitely helps and also any weight loss challenges organised, we have just had an Easter one. That’s sort of thing helps me. Also exercise, I go for a 20-30 min walk at lunch time every day and walk up 6 flights of stairs every morning and lunchtime to my office. That’s what has made the difference. I never did any exercise.

I also have healthy options of nice things available to eat when everyone else is eating ice cream and chocolate. I do have 10 choc buttons most days. Loss weight slowly and it will stay off.

Best of luck! We’re all cheering you on! Xx
