Howdy. Prob my first post. So last week I hit my record low since I went above the weight. Visitors to Dubai have put a bit with drinking and eating out. Back on it this week with a lot of motivation of knowing I can get to where I was. Plus all my bigger clothes have been thrown out so it’ll cost me less to lose weight 😉

I’m actually challenging myself to a 30lb by summer. End July target. Done this end of last year so I may use some of the weigh in threads to keep track.
Heyy are you going to join our summer challenge and pledge to achieve something in 10 weeks? Drop a shirt size, fit into an old outfit, lose an inch or get fitter? Im going to pledge hitting 20,000 steps on my fitbit, beating my personal best x
Count me in. I’m hoping to lose 30lbs by July 26th which would have me dropping a trouser size or 2 plus top sizes. Tag me in when getting this rolling. Use it on mobile so sometimes hard to navigate. Couldn’t find ur diary thread
Have you ever hit the 20k. We did Paris back in December and the walking pushed up to 20 every day. Hit it a few times since. Walked a while back 11km. Hit 15k and couldn’t go on😴
