Morning everyone . I’ve had a busy good week but with a couple of meals out but tried to keep them healthy . I did Pilates ,swing fit and walked with my dog .

Last weeks weight 10.2

This week 10 1/2

Weight loss 1/2 pound

Start weight 10.3

Slowly but surely wins the race

You have a great week and you're doing great. It has not been an easy week for me either. I did weight loss surgery at finally. I was afraid to do it for a long time, but I did it. The doctors there are great. I lost over 10 and a half hundred pounds. The biggest highlight is the pride I see in the eyes of my family.

Glad to hear that you are happy with your decision and that your family members are proud of you.

Many of us imagine that losing weight is our goal, only to find out that the goal is actually maintaining the weight and living healthier, because otherwise we do not stay at our happy level.

For that, it can be useful to get involved in our weekly Weigh Ins, as well as Daily Diaries - you would get to share your ideas, achievements and struggles with people who are on a similar journey.
