If you cut down on sugar, booze, puddings, carbohydrates (bread, pizza, pasta etc.) you will probably be able to lose 3kg in a few weeks.
You could try not eating (or eating less) in the evenings.
Many of us in this group have been able to lose weight without doing any exercise.
