Hi all hope you have all had a great day. I just wanted to apologise that i wasn't on here this morning i have just had one hectic day i was up at 8.00am this morning hads some wholemeal toast (3) with some olive oil spread and my morning coffee which took me to about 9.05pm and i started clean the living room washed all the paint work over washed the front door then at 12 pm i had a banana, Apple and orange and a coffee for my dinner i know its not a lot to eat but have a lot to do before Friday. Anyway i finished my bit of dinner about 12.30 so i just sat for a bit then at 12.57pm i was up and off again i cleaned all the window frames polished everything hovered the rugs the cleansed all the wooden floor (its not real wooden floor is the cheep stuff it was in when my partner first moved in) then i cleaned all the bathroom all the landing and stairs and paint going down the stairs ect.......
Be time i had finish everything it was just coming up to 5pm for tea which was fish in
Parcly ( i do apologise if i spell anything wrong its the fibro fog playing up) sauce with sprouts potato crosets ( i think thats what ther called) and onion rings i checked everything before i cooked it and if you all
Know about the traffic lights on foods there was not a single red amongst it ( for those that dont on some foods if you look at one of the bottom corners of some foods there is a rectangle tipe bit at the bottom. As you all should know that green means go it also
Means that you can normally have as much as you lokke as long as the kcals are right for what you are going to havewith it. Amber as you know means get read well amber in foods means you can have this in moderation and then there is RED as we all know means STOP well in food it means the same in a round about way it means STOP dont ear this think about the calories and your diet you can have it in moderation. So you see why i haven't been around and we are still not finished yet but thats another day hopefully will be on in the morning
