Hi this is my first real post- joined Sunday- I’m not in habit of posting every day- but regardless the app/forum has helped me already.... the knowledge it’s there has helped me to stay away from sweet stuff or too much of anything. Think I’m eating well and remaining healthy. 🤞🏼I’ll post weight tomorrow 🤞🏼

Hello Tapastime , good to hear you're getting to grips with it all For most of us it's a gradual, step by step process of ditching unhelpful habits around food and eating and finding healthy ones.
There really is no need to post daily. The forum is set up for you to get into "conversation" with other members by joining in the Events, as Indigo has explained, and reading and responding to other posts. You're likely to get far more interaction and support and ideas that way, so don't feel any pressure to post
Also, some people may be unwilling to respond if you leave your posts unlocked as they can be shared on Twitter, Facebook and elsewhere (note the icons at the foot of your post)
