Hi i just googled i want to find a sensible weight loss and exercise plan and this came up. i want to lose 4-6 kg, not much but I find it hard to lose and keep off. i have a HUGE appetite and am rubbish at portion control. I do exercise regularly about 2-3 times a week until about a month ago I've literally stopped because of holidays, no reason .... no good and now I'm feeling uncomfortable in my clothes (getting way too tight!!). I do have a bad habit of eating in the evening, crisps, chocolates... doesn't help !

Welcome CatKin76! 2kgs is a very small amount, you will lose it super easily! What works for me is portion control and calorie counting. I have downloaded the NHS WeightLoss app- it is a 12 week program and it guides you through every week. Hope this helps? 😘
