Welcome back Palmo :)

I have two pieces of advice for you and that's not to use the app, as it doesn't give you full use of the forum, log on using your browser and get involved with everything that's happening here, as that will keep you focused and motivated.

Have you seen this? healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

As a reminder, all of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

Wishing you all the best for 2020 :)

I think I'm already using the full site as arrived via the NHS site! I haven't download any app 🤔

Oh well that's OK then, but what do you have on your home screen?

A green circle with an H in it?

That sounds like an app to me, but I can't check because I don't have an iPhone.

You can check by looking for Events on your Home page.

Click on the 9 circles

Click on Weight Loss NHS

Scroll down to the bottom of your screen, past Pinned Posts and you should find Events.

Many moons ago I wrote a series of my tips and as you've done, adding this forum to one of the home screens is one of them. It helps prevent us from 'forgetting' about it. I hope many of the newbies follow your example.

Good luck Palmo!

Thank you. This is what I've done previously and like you, "forgotten" about it.
