Hi Donna

Someone from admin will send you an official welcome soon and links for useful tools.

You will see that there are all sorts of diets being talked about on here but some of us are here to make it more about a healthier lifestyle rather than diet. So i guess it all depends what works for you as to the best path to take.

For me, ive tried WW, SW, Cambridge etc but im trying to implement a complete overhaul.

I have 3st or so to lose and have decided to write in the Daily Diary on here which is where you pop down your calorie recommendation from the NHS website and your meal plan for the following day with any drinks or exercises you plan to do. I find im behaving a little better by doing that!

I also use My Fitness Pal to record what im eating & the C25K app to get moving a little more!

Theres also a weigh in post each day - you only do this once a week & try to stick to the same day each week

Youre in good company here & theres no judgement if things dont go as well as you planned!

Good luck 💜

Correct. Many of us have benefited from following the NHS 12 week plan to begin with and then found out what works for each of us. There are many different approaches here and we all support each other. Friendliest forum around!
