Hi. I’m a 52 yo male with back problems. I’m 3st over weight and desperately need to shed the weight. Any advice would be much appreciated

Hi Conorf2323, 3 stone is same that I need to loose as well ;) I know it is not easy to loose weight with health problems, like back, I think the key is to control your calories (I use myfitnesspal) and find some activity - even small - you will enjoy long term, could be 10 minutes swim, etc. You are in good place to gain support ;)

Welcome!! Try starting to have 6 healthy small meals. In that way you do not go into starvation mode and want to dive into the no-no foods. With the exercise try 20minutes and work your way up to your full capacity. Once you are getting healthy you will learn what you need and not need in your lifestyle. Best wishes on you journey!!!
