Thanks for your reply. Actually I was obese for last couple of years, but recently lost 52 pounds. I am absolutely aware of the difficulty one usually face due to the excess weight. So, now, I try to spread awareness (as per my knowledge) regarding this problem. I read various articles and websites, and through this platform, I would like to share those vital information (stats and facts).

Thanks for the appreciation, I have already reached my healthy BMI and now I am focusing on building more of stamina and flexibility through running and yoga. And (needless to say) still keeping an eye on my diet.
