You are not on your own, write everything down that you eat and don't eat anything each day until you have worked out your calorie allowance then make sure you don't eat sugar or much carbohydrate. it has worked for me and I have stopped the cravings by cutting out sugar. You're not alone. We are all here to support you. But I wish you luck because o my you can do this. You have to want it and then put in the work. Keep to your calorie allowance religiously with no cheats, drink lots of water and try to move more everyday. Lots of support here. Join us.
People think because I have a dog that I walk twice a day, this should make me fit and slim. But my walks with him are slow, leisurely affairs, I spend most my time standing around, while he stops and sniffs everything!!
Just need to find some time to fit in a proper walk, in between doggie walks!

You have done the tough bit by deciding to act. I made a simple graph and weighed myself every 3 days and plotted it. Lots of bumps up and down but after a while you can see the trend down. It helped me seeing this and realising how hard and long it took me to get down and pushed me on, when a blip occurred
