Cheering you on πππ
My Fitness Pal is great and the more you use it the easier it gets as it remembers your foods. Have used it for the last 3yrs and lost over 4 stone x
Hi Millie! I'm just using the 'notes' app bit on my iphone to record calorie counting - it's not very flash but 100% does the trick!
I have also used Happyscale to chart my weight before, and myfitnesspal to track my runs, but to be honest, I think the best thing you can do is to use the weigh-in chats on here, and use the forum as a diary too - people on here are so supportive and although you can chart your progress through your weigh-ins, you can only do it once a week, so you're not constantly worrying about weighing yourself.
Best of luck with your journey, I haven't really answered your question but I hope that helps!!
Another vote for MyFitnessPal. Iβve also downloaded Pacer which you can link to MyFitnessPal and it automatically adds any walking Iβve done.
Used MyFitnessPal a couple of yrs ago.
Restarted last week
Best of luck to you π

I use a site called weightlossresources.co.uk. Iyou have t9 pay for membership but there is an excellent food database which you can add foods to (if they donβt already appear), you can log recipes, there is a forum, a recipe database, etc. I sign up on an annual basis - you can try it free of charge for 24 hours to see what you think. I have a code I am able to share that will give you free access for 7 days. Message me if you would like it.
I do keep a food diary it helps, I also have a fitbit which I can enter my meals for the day .
I use the fitbit app but you need a fitbit device. It has a calorie counter and tracks your exercise calories too.
I find My Fitness Pal to be the best calorie counter.
At first it might seem difficult but stick with it and it becomes easy.
Another vote for Mfp as it tracks salt sugar carbs protein fat etc . A bit strict but very good for guidance and free . Can put in your food anytime of day and it will prompt / alert you if you have forgotten.
I use my fitness pal too. Once you get the hang of it it's very easy to use. You can create your own recipes for quick and easy calorie tracking and it also connects to my fitbit. I would definitely recommend it.
myfatsecret is a really good calorie counting app, its mainly american brands but you can usually work it out.
