I like that idea.. I will give it a go. I wanted some Aldi cereal this morning (in a container.. threw the box away) but couldn't find it on the app so had my husbands weetabix instead!
Yeah when I first started I kept hold of lots of bar codes, don't forget if something is in a multipack you need to scan the bar code on the pack nothing on individual items!
It is easier as you get used to it tho xx stick with it, it's really made the difference for me xx
I have logged my breakfast and lunch.. still have a lot of calories to use.. I can see I maybe haven't been eating enough!! I know I don't drink enough!! Am going to try it for a few weeks and see if calorie counting can make the difference I need to push through the maintaining - down a pound and then up a pound scenario I am stuck in!! Want to get rid the the sticky pounds!!

Yes it was a big adjustment for me! Eating so little for so many years, was a real eye opener!
You will get there, I've had a couple of good weeks, this week has been utterly crap, so not expecting much on the scales Monday, but never mind, trying to reign it back in!
