Good advice received to how to count calories.

I have downloaded the free app... Hope to see if calorie counting makes a difference!

It took me 25 minutes to put in 2 weetabix and s/s milk... But now I've found the search bar!! Excellent suggestion..

Yep it's very very slow to begin with. It gets easier I promise!

Don't forget you can scan products bar code too!! They are then saved, you won't need to keep scanning the same product xx💞

I like that idea.. I will give it a go. I wanted some Aldi cereal this morning (in a container.. threw the box away) but couldn't find it on the app so had my husbands weetabix instead!

I will scan the box next time I'm in the shop!!

Yeah when I first started I kept hold of lots of bar codes, don't forget if something is in a multipack you need to scan the bar code on the pack nothing on individual items!

It is easier as you get used to it tho xx stick with it, it's really made the difference for me xx

I have logged my breakfast and lunch.. still have a lot of calories to use.. I can see I maybe haven't been eating enough!! I know I don't drink enough!! Am going to try it for a few weeks and see if calorie counting can make the difference I need to push through the maintaining - down a pound and then up a pound scenario I am stuck in!! Want to get rid the the sticky pounds!!

Thanks for the tip.. Moving forwards and downwards on the weight chart.

Yes it was a big adjustment for me! Eating so little for so many years, was a real eye opener!

You will get there, I've had a couple of good weeks, this week has been utterly crap, so not expecting much on the scales Monday, but never mind, trying to reign it back in!
