How is it going on the plan?
Going well, but the start is always the easiest part, it’s when I can’t be bothered, that’s when the challenge really starts.
Are you on the 12 week plan or have you progressed beyond it already?
I am now maintaining but I still follow the principles of it and often refer back to the various sections- usually eating out & alcohol! It took me about 4 months to loose just under 2 stones, though I did have a couple of breaks because I was on holiday or I had family staying for a week. i liked the fact that what I ate didn't really change I just tweaked the portions and balanced the meals better. Ii
