Fantastic result. Well done. I have just finished the 12 weeks too and am amazed to find i lost 1st 6pounds in the 12 week period. Cutting out unhealthy snacks and cooking quick healthy meals worked for me. I have a few more pounds to loose so am going to reset the app and start all over again. 😀

Congratulations! Did you you also exercise or is this mainly down to healthier choices
Thanks. I did increase the exercise that I did. I go on a brisk hour walk with a walking for health group, and do strength exercises and use cross trainer at the council gym which is tailored for me on the drs exercise referral scheme. Good because u get a free induction and advice and cheaper sessions.
