Hi folks, Just joined. I have shed loads of weight to lose and am glad to find a forum where I can get a bit of support if needed. Weigh in tomorrow. Am dreading it but am determined to get this weight off.

Try to break your weight loss into smaller targets like 7lbs at a time as this helps when you have shed loads to lose. :)
