tommorrow i have a drop in with the health trainer and i bet i have put on so much weight, i am back to eating normally i just hope i can reverse the damage i have been doing by binge eating

Stay calm Emily, just 8 hours before posting this thread, you posted a thread saying that you'd lost a shedload of weight, so things can't have changed, weightwise, that much.
Try and take the pressure off yourself, you don't have to be 100% good, 100% of the time. This is a lifestyle change and has to be sustainable, for the rest of your life. If you keep punishing overeating, with undereating, then you're going to continue to yoyo.
Put your details into the NHS BMI calculator and eat within your calorie allowance, not under it. Find a level of exercise that's enjoyable, that you can see yourself doing in 5 years time.
