After a very successful weigh loss last year (starting weight in January 15st 5lb down to 12st 8lb as of last June) i have unfortunately gone back up to 14 stone. After moving house, a bereavement and a break up i turned back to my old pal food and the pounds soon piled back on. So now im back in the game. I have a short term goal of getting back to my previous weight (12st 8lb) by the time i go to Fairport Convention in August which i think is achievable and will give me the motivation to commit and be successful, as I'll be seeing a lot of old friends and i want to feel confident. So wish me luck and keep your fingers crossed for me. I will be rejoining my Wednesday Wobble Warriors for weigh ins so lets see how the first 4 days go ππππππ

Ok so i fell off the wagon...
Hello melissa90 . A stone and a half seems reasonable by August, once you get yourself back on track. Good luck!
Cheering you on to better days ahead melissa90 πππ
Glad to have you back on the wagon melissa90 . I know only too well how easy it is to slip into bad habits when life gets in the way.π¦ I am hanging onto the wagon by my fingertips at the moment.π« This forum is my best friend.ππ
Wishing you well and hope the scales are kind to you on Wednesday.π€π
Welcome to the wobble warriors π
Welcome back Melissa π.
It sounds as if you have had a most horrific year, so Iβm not surprised younhave turned tomfood for comfort. But very well done on re-gaining control. You know you can do it, youβve done it before and will do it again π
Best wishes
Anna
That happened to me as well. I had been doing well at slimming years ago and then everything went wrong at the same time and I went off the wagon as well.
Don't worry we will get there eventually and learn from our mistakes of what went wrong last time and how to build a better future.
Best of luck!
What weight-loss plan did you use last time, Melissa?
I have done quite a lot of losing and gaining myself so I know how disheartening it is.
You'll get plenty of support here. Good luck.
Good luck with your journey Melissa, it can be tough out there in the big ol' world.
Sounds like you are picking yourself up and looking ahead to the future new you.
You can do it for sure.
Kind regards George 56 ππΉπ
