I don't post here often; here's a brief update. On January 1st (weighing 223.8 pounds) I set a goal to reach 200 pounds by March 15 by riding my bicycle 1000 miles. To date I've ridden 1152 miles / 1853 km, and this morning I saw 199.8 on the scale (one whole day ahead of my deadline). Next goal: Another thousand miles and 182 pounds by June 30th.
