First week onward and upward.

Well I put in a great week of exercise and not had one full blown out binge. Thanks to you guys and your encouragement. I can't remember a week I did not binge. I am going to weigh myself on Thursday (starting weight) hopefully I will be under 240 pounds. I would like to lose 70 - 80 pounds. I even went to the track at the gym for 6:00am. My mini goal is not to have extra food on my supper plate. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. lol.

Hi Wadestreet,

Wow, that is FANTASTIC to hear you got through your week without bingeing - many many Congratulations!!! I would like to wish you all the best for your weigh-day on Thursday.

I hope you enjoyed your session at the track at the gym - what an early start!!! :-)

Good luck with your mini goal, and wishing you an excellent week ahead.

Lowcal :-)

Thank-you very much. And yes I did enjoy the gym and I do not stop for nothing for a good walk. haha. I am hoping for a good week. My goal should be as well learning to take one a day at a time with my walking and mini goals for my food. Not to rush things it took forever to get where I am know. So I need to take baby mini steps to keep to work on things to keep it off. I heard this a week before on a issue slow and steady wins the race. And I pray to grow and keep this positivity. I know there will be times I will not. But I am learning to do the best I can and draw from that.

Good luck WadeStreet. Small goals are the best sort of goals. Also just getting through one day at a time. Good luck for week 2 :)

Thank-you you are right. I have to remember myself one day at a time. I must put that saying some where I can see it to remind me.

Very well done! First week under your belt 😊😊😊

That's really great to hear! :) it is such a hard habit to break and it's fantastic to hear how well you have managed and it's only week one! :)

Good luck with you goal of not having extra food on your plates, very realistic and a good goal to have :)

I hope so. I may need help in goal making to make them small enough that they are achievable. I tell you if it was not for your guys last week that I could talk too and getting your feedback and encouragement. I would not have done that well for my first week and hopefully this journey keeps going well for it is a lifestyle I need to accomplish not a quick fix. I need to keep saying that, so it will stick in my brain to remember. and thanks
