Here I go. I finish work at 930am this morning and have 3 days off. So plenty of time to plan and get sorted.

Goals for day one 1. No sugary junk---- completed. Well its 6pm not going to spoil it now.
2. get in some sort of exercise, no matter how small-------forced myself to go for a walk with dogie------didn't want to go as its wet and slushy but went and walk for half an hour . Fitbit said i burned 268 calories.
3. do my 10,000 steps.......currently stands at 9,208, Iwill do 10,000 supposing I have to jog on the spot.
I am 200 calories under what I allowed myself. Goal for the evening is.....no more eating today.
