I need your help to turn back the clock

I have managed to expand beyond belief. I would like to turn things around but don't know where to start. I feel a little bit ashamed with the way I have let myself go and it does turn heads unfortunately.

I have no clue about nutrition and I don't know how to cook. I have always been very active and have competed ion a few major competitions like Ironman etc.

Now I have to stop and get back into shape as it affects my sleep, my well being and my self esteem. I live in Zurich.

I would appreciate any help that you could extend to me. Take it I know nothing, I am prepared to listen and follow whatever it is.

If you were fit before, you'll be amazed how quickly it comes back. You might feel embarrassed about getting back to the gym, but seriously, nobody is laughing at you. They're rooting for you. Especially the people who have been where you are now.

Getting fit won't (by itself) get the weight off, but it'll lay the foundations. A fit body just burns fat more efficiently, and you'll start to feel good about yourself again when you see your weights increasing or your pace time decreasing.

If you don't know how to cook, now's an ideal opportunity to learn :) Again, you'll be amazed how quickly you improve. You just need to make a start and not be afraid to fail and try again.

Not what you're looking for?
