I also suggest you check with your gp or practice nurse. At 21 you may still have some growing and filling out to do, so get them to check your BMI and give you advice regarding a safe rate of weightloss for you.

Get rid of the junk. As Minniewinny said a good plan. A exercise plan of 150 minutes a week. You will shed those pounds. But remember this has to be a new lifestyle and not a quick fix.
