Hi I'm looking to lose 3 and a half stone... It's so hard trying to change habits of eating what I want but I lost 2lb last week so motivation kicking in... My biggest issue is finding healthy low fat snacks... Ang ideas would be much appreciated

Well done on losing 2lb last week. Small portions of fruit or nuts are good for snacking best to pop them in small pots before you snack as it's easy to eat too many once you start . 😀
