Hi all, new to the site!
I’m sure it’s probably been asked a million times but Is there any meal ideas for breakfast lunch dinner anywhere?
I have read guidelines etc but looking for for recipe ideas/ suggested meals?
Thanks

There's a Change 4 Life app you can download for recipes and meal ideas and website as well. I'm a newbie so haven't tried it yet though!
Hi and welcome, healthyK
The 12 week plan is designed to be guidelines for healthy living, not a diet, so there is no diet sheet. You can eat your own meals, with slight changes to keep them within your calorie allowance.
You can log onto our Daily Diary, for ideas and get numerous recipes from the Topic section.
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link

You'll find all the information you need to navigate the forum in the header, so please take the time to read it carefully.
Wishing you all the best
Always better to ask...
You could try using the Daily Diary which helps many of us to plan and commit to what we're going to eat the next day. Additionally we get great ideas from other people (I did this morning with a meal that included a recipe for stir-fry beetroot)...

Or, if you look under 'Topics' you will see many headings starting with Recipes - where members have posted the menus they previously made, often including pictures.
Thanks folks.
I have done slimming world before but put the weight back on so I’m really hoping I can find something I can stick to that isn’t a ‘diet’’, but I do like ideas and things I can use as my staple breakfast/ work lunch etc
Also hoping to improve my family’s eating habits generally. My kids are very fussy
if I don’t plan then I just eat whatever is easiest which isn’t always healthy 😬
My tip would be invest in some Hairy Dieters cookbooks. All recipes are calorie counted, easy to cook, family and feast day recipes, no weird ingredients, all the hard work done for you. Good luck!
No that is what I want, I like my bacon and tomatoes in the morning I do grill them how many calories are there in this

The link to the 12 week plan also has a calorie counter.

I've also used recipes from British Heart Foundation - I haven't got a heart problem but I like that the calorie counting is done for me bhf.org.uk/heart-matters/he...
