On Oldie with a question

I fell by the wayside last year and think I have regained most of the weight I lost.

Should I start again with my current weight or incorporate the old figures - assuming that I can find them- reporting an increase from my last weighin?

This is business. Don't waste you time in the past its 2018 so start all over again. You are in it to win it so forget the past and move on. dont loose sleep over it, you know whats go to be done. Today's 2018 weight is where you are leading from. Lots of words to replace the simple; - "Make it so"... "Be happy"

I didn't really give up on myself, I just thought I did not have time to post. [ My mentally ill sister had a stroke at the end of August 17 and things got even more difficult. ] I only intended to take a short time out whilst things wer at there most chaotic, but everything took so long - and I got out of the habit. Still I am back now. Lesson learned - don't check out.

Thanks again for your good wishes.
