Hello eliza80 , there's a lot on the forum and you can pick and choose what to get involved in but I would recommend joining a weekly weigh-in on a day of your choice. Have a look again at your Newbie post in the morning and it might start falling into place :)

Hi and welcome - I read all the information in the Newbie post and it made it so much easier to navigate the forum

Wishing you all the best on your journey :)

Hi eliza80 - I found it confusing for a little while but it does get easier! You are doing well to have uploaded a picture to your profile!

If you click on "posts" at the top of the page you should see a list of topics on the right hand side (I'm on a desktop computer). So you can find recipes, etc. The Daily Diary and OLD weigh in threads are threads that are regularly posted to - members sharing their plans for the day and members weekly weigh ins. Decide if either of these would be useful to you.

Otherwise messages are shown in the order that they are posted, with older ones getting bumped down (and eventually off) the page - but you can access those by clicking on "view more" at the foot of the page.

I am quite computer savvy but found it a bit odd at first - very different to other forums that I have access to.

The best thing is to ask questions and reply to posts. You'll soon get used to finding your way around. And you've lots of wisdom to share so don't be shy!

Take part in the daily challenges and see what everyone's planning to eat and what everyone's up to in the daily diary.

Most of all be patient with yourself as you get used to the forum.

And ENJOY the time you spend here😀💥

Same here, the administrators are very kind and patient.............I am embarrassed to say I have been struggling for ages and now think I have a mental block as I am fine with most other pc things. Lots of luck, you are not alone as everyone is helpful.

Not what you're looking for?
