what a difference a year makes nov 13 last year I started and I almost lost 4 stone within half a pound, but good thing is Its still gone and hoping to get there before xmas very very busy at moment with move date for dec 2nd. none of this would have been possible if I hadn't lost the weight as I was needing a stick to get up stairs and this house has 2 floors, all of this would not have happened if I hadn't joined this site for support . big thank you all who have helped me along the way

4 stone, congratulations! You are a new woman :) Good luck with the move.

This is the sort of post i love seeing and I'm sure many of us do to, it gives us all hope.

Lots of us are able to lose weight start exercising and get fit feel that buzz. I have lost well in the past but its keeping it off and maintaining that becomes a struggle and life does get in the way at times through illness or stress or even both - I know I have !!

I wish each and everyone on here a good positive journey to stay on track even when life throws crap at us !

Thanks for the support you offer ❤

Oh my!!! Very very well done skinnylizzie 😊🎉🎈😊 what a difference a year makes 😊 It gives me hope after all these months of maintaining that I can and will get the last half stone off 😊

Good luck with your house move, very stressful but also, good exercise, all that moving furniture and boxes 😊 We downsized to a little cottage with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom two years ago and it was the best thing we ever did 😊😊😊
