Still weighing in at 12 st 10lbs, on one hand happy to be maintaining but have increased my walking and even broke into a jog to the next tree! Hopefully this week will see a loss.

Thank you, It is an achievement for me as I suffered a stroke last year which has left a weakness in my left side, so really chuffed.
