Ok so interesting week , eating breakfast even at stupid oclock helps .. thats 4am . Coffee , now I love the stuff , one cup limit then water or decafe tea helps the prostrate tablets .
Snacking, no chocolate or. crisps nada not one . So the first objective of this shiftworker achieved . Eat three meals a day , there you go I feel better . Really weirdly sticking to three meals a day is working .
I did have one day when I had four cups of coffee I was running to loo like Usain Bolt .
Overall its been an ok week . Nights next week , so its time to swim and hit the vitamin D and get my flu jab , as I couldn't because of a cold a few weeks ago and as I am asthmatic it's important .
Also stairs at work all 116 of them . Must do them in one without stopping , so I am puffing a bit when I get to the top .
