Dear Bluelady-sing, as I'm sure someone has mentioned if you would like to share your food plans and your weekly weight, I suggest that you join in with our Daily Diary and Weekly Weigh in. Participation, as opposd to blogging, is definitely the key to success.

Click on the link below, this takes you to our pinned posts, scroll down to the 3rd post to find the weigh in, scroll down to the 4th post and you'll find our Daily Diary.

Nice brekky. TheTabbyCat has given you some good advice. Join the crowd on the weigh in thread. It's helped me a lot. People are kind and supportive. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Fruit juices and white bread are amongst the major causes of weight gain.

I am hosting the weight loss forum this week and you'd be welcome to join us. We support you on your journey and you might get some ideas on how best to take your journey forward. I do TRE myself and I have lost over 1 and a half stone so far. Doesn't cost anything and I don't have to worry about calories if I don't want to. 💞Keep safe Bluelady-sing 🌈

Looking at your breakfast - would try fruit tea . Takes some getting used to but the berry ones are the best if you like fruity things . White bread and butter - wouldn't - for me . Try wholemeal and love butter ? Try peanut butter if you can't do without the bread or butter.

Maybe a bacon 2 egg omelette ? Looks better on the plate - bigger and for me fills me up .

I just have porridge made with water , 1 tbsp full fat Greek yog and fruit plus fruit tea = filling and no snacking needed .

You probably tried to post on part 1 of the DD, Bluelady-sing, which has had its replies turned off. The current DD can always be found 4th in the list of pinned posts.
