Hello and welcome Captainfantastic365 😊
Dear Dave
May I suggest you do the 8 week blood sugar diet to rest your body and sugar levels. I did this and lost weight rapidly, returned my blood sugar level to normal and totally changed my eating habits. I also increased activity and walk at least 10000 steps a day
The book by Dr Michael Moseley explains why people gain weight and cannot process carbs which leads to pre diabetes and eventually full blown type 2 and the awful consequences
I really did not find it difficult to stick to and felt so much better in a short time
There is also a really good illustrated recipe book for the diet
I was totally inspired by it and am now at goal healthy BMI
Hi Dave ,
The blood sugar diet is good for people who are at risk or have diabetes .
Good luck.
Massive support etc on here.
