hi today I’m being possitive after not really eating properly for a while , I’ve had crunchy nut cornflakes semi skimmed milk and sugar for breakfast today I’m trying to leave my meals to as late as possible to eat less in a day ,I had breakfast at 11.45 am so will try to have lunch at 3.45 and dinner this evening when I get back from my weight loss group. I am a late starter to the day btw which explains my late breakfast start . I’m three stone lighter than three years ago but still have a lot of weight to loose. I’ve been on and off of diets since my teenage years . I’m completing a “ Morelife “ Weightliss course and live in Dunstable in Bedfordshire , is there anybody else here in this course? I’d be interested to hear from you xxx.🙂

It's good that you're feeling positive, and keep reminding yourself of the 3 stones you've lost - that's excellent.
I don't know the Morelife course. I'm curious about the amount of sugar you're eating. Is that advised on your current plan?
Try this: 1 (or more) cup frozen strawberry or rasperry or blueberry with 3/4 cup quick oatmeal (cooked) with 1 packet sweet & low, no milk. It;s so good, I have a medical condition brewing that calls for no dairy no protein. I'm still full and it is 3pm. I had breakfast at10. Good luck with your journey going forward.

just a point: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes (which are 1/3 lsugar) and with then added sugar is not a good breakfast.
Well done for logging in and committing today. Your 3 stone weightloss is amazing. I am really struggling at the moment, I am just way to anxious to eat, let alone eat well. BUT I walked 9 km today so I will take that as a win. One day at a time. 🙂
hope you have had a chance to rummage around the posts on here… there are lots of good tips and tricks to reduce the amount of sugar in a diet. My downfall is 4pm biscuits or cake. But I now have a couple of brazil nuts, and the moment passes. Someone recently suggested apple with peanut butter as an alternative, which I love…
Some days, i still have biscuits or cake, but it is no longer every day. Look at it as a way of modifying your diet so that you have embedded the coping strategies for life!
And well done on the three stones, that is impressive!
