At 16, you're too young for the 12 week plan and you should seek the advice of your GP, before embarking on any restricted eating.
In the meantime, try and steer clear of fizzy pop and sweets, as they will only make you crave more and introduce more vegetables and fruit into your menus.
If you have the support of your friends and family, that will help to keep you focused.
Well done for being strong enough to take the first step to a healthier you, all you have to do now, is keep moving forward.
