hi Franliza and welcome!! I worked as a cust svc rep for 9 years and gained like 75 pounds so I know what you are going thru. I did work in the daytime so it was easier for me though. this forum is full of helpful people who have been thru it or are going thru it so good for you for finding it! I just got lucky as I am in Texas to have found it but I love it here. I leave and come back after I gain my weight back, silly girl me, but I am determined to post everyday now and read posts. it encourages me to be here and it will you too I promise. do you get an hour for lunch? maybe you could take a quick 15 min walk then eat or vice versa of course to get a bit of exercise in. I only get 30 mins at the slave driving grocer I work at now so I should get my exercise in on days off and when I get off work. I am good at advice for exercising but honestly not so good at taking it. what I do tho is take healthy things to work for lunch so I have no choice but to eat them. I sometimes cheat when I get home to be honest but I have lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks so I am more determined to keep going. if you post and read here you will get the encouragement you need. I also recommend eating off a smaller plate and at the dinner table with no tele on. it works when I do it right. I wish you all the luck and Chin up!

Did you change the marketplace? Thanks for the advise. Yeah, I take 1 hour lunch, but no exercise, after eating, I just sit and watch movies. I think there's no time to exercise, you know working at night will keep you stressed and drinking coffee became a habit and then when I'm off work, I'll just take a shower and sleep. So difficult to work at night. No time to exercise. Can you please give me more advise how did you manage to have some exercise despite of working at night.

well I did some marching at my desk while on the phone and a quick walk at lunch. I promise if you get up a little early and walk for about 10 or 15 mins a day, you will feel much better at work and also more awake. I had the hardest time waking up to go to work but when I did my walk I was better. also I got a personal trampoline and walked on it to some music and it did wonders! now if I could just walk some myself but I had a customer tell me the other night to walk in place while I was checking groceries at this job, it would increase my stamina so I am trying that now. good luck doll!!!

My advice would be not to worry about the exercise straight off. Concentrate on the eating, that is quite difficult enough when you work nights. Planning what you are going to eat ahead of time, either writing it down or on an app like My Fitness Pal. Once it is up and running with your favourite meals it does make it quicker to count the calories. Check out the nhs site to find your BMI and the calorie allowance, maybe pick somewhere in the middle of the allowance, it will not pay off long term to be on starvation rations. It is getting more apparent that sleep is important for our healthier food choices so perhaps more important for you to get sleep rather than worrying about 20 minutes of exercise. Probably when you have lost some weight you will feel more like moving more. Good luck😀
